How much are dues?

When is the annual assessment due if approved by the neighborhood?
Member will be invoiced in January of every year and due on February 1st. If members lose their annual assessment statement, they may mail the assessment into the HOA by mail to P. O. Box 261, Judson, TX 75660
Can I request a payment plan to cover individual’s annual assessment?
Yes, the Treasurer can provide a payment plan form to meet individuals’ personal needs.
Who do I contact to purchase a clicker for the gates?
The HOA Secretary.
Who should I contact if one of the gates is not functioning properly?
Any Board member.
If you are hosting an event at your residence and would like to request the gates to remain open during the event time, who do I contact?
The HOA Secretary.
What is required of me to do construction on my lot(s)?
Contact a Board member. They will coordinate with a member of the Architectural Committee.

May I keep my camper or boat in my driveway?
As per the bylaws, no motor home, travel trailer, camper, boat, boat trailer, motorcycle or inoperable automobile will be left on the street or parked in the front or side yards of any Lot. Such vehicles, if parked or stored on a Lot, shall be in the backyard. No junk cars, cars not in running condition, or cars without current license plates and registration may be kept in the Subdivision unless they are inside a closed building or storage.
Does my dog need to be on a leash?
All dogs must be always confined to the owner’s lot except when on a leash. Dogs are not allowed to run at large in the subdivision.
When is the annual meeting held?
Normally in the month of November. A notice will be sent either by mailing notice to the owners no less than 10 days and no more than 60 days before the meeting; or by posting notice of the meeting in a common area of the property or on the property owners' association's website and e-mailing the owners at least 144 hours before a regular board meeting (or at least 72 hours before a special board meeting).
Who is responsible for road maintenance within the subdivision?
The members of the Homeowners Association. Due to our subdivision being a gated community, the members of the association are responsible for maintaining the roads along with common areas defined within the neighborhood. Road repairs can be costly. At times when major repairs are required, a special assessment may be required. For a special assessment to be levied, the members of the association must vote to approve the assessment and a vote of 67% of the members is required to move forward with the special assessment.
